California UL 48 & NEC 600 Standard Update 2026

California has fully implemented updated UL 48 and NEC Article 600 codes for outdoor LED signage in 2026. All exterior channel letters and neon signs must obtain wet-location UL certification, and Canada now enforces stricter SDS material documentation checks at customs.
