How do you ship goods?
We ship packages door to door by DHL , FedEx, UPS, and TNT etc. For big sized signs, if air shipping is not possible, we would ship it by sea . But we would discuss with you on the shipping issue when we are working on the quotation.

What about the import duties?
There are two options: 1, You or yours customer pay the duties when the goods reach your hands. 2, We includes the duties in our quotes, and we pay the duties from our side.

What is your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Paypal and Alipay. For small amount order, we require full payment before product. For big orders, we accpet 50% depoist before production and balance payment before delivery.

What is your lead time?
Our lead time for PVC & Silicone Neon sign is 3 to 5 days. But if you have super urgent orders to place, we are able to manage it within 2 days. For acrylic neon signs, channel letters and light boxes, etc. The lead time is 7 to 10 days. For special orders and bulk orders, longer production times may be required for

Where are you located?
Our office located in Shenzhen, next to Hongkong. Factory is in Huizhou City, north to Shenzhen. It takes just 1 hour from Hongkong to our factory by high speed train.

How many hours of aging test do you carry out ?
Normally, we conduct 24 hour aging tests on all our signs before delivery.

How many years sign making experience do you have?
We have 13 year sign manufacturing experience.
